No respect whatsoever for handicaped people. Youa are blamed for being handicaped. The cleaning ladies turn your room into a party room and they will not leave, even if you ask them 10 times. The front office does not care. The front office does not respond to questions such as getting a bill for the stay.

The staff is exceptional,service is wonderful .The location is good. Rooms are small but it's ok for a short stay. The price is very competitive. I would pick this hotel for the next stay for sure

If you're just needing a place to sleep overnight, this is the place. The inn is kind of divey and the area that it's in is kind of sketchy, but we had no problems during our stay.

Excellent location, close to walk to major downtown areas. Feont desk agent helped with parking and carried in bags. Hotel rooms is decent, comfortable, nothing fancy.

The place was extremely nice, quiet (for exception of some construction noise here and there), very clean and the bed was very comfortable, although it wasn’t fixed to anything and moves lot if you were to use for personal reasons, if you know what I mean lol honestly the place was great and I have no reasons to not go back. Not to mention they have free coffee and delicious tea 24hrs.

I had asked for a special request for a surprise I wanted to do for my boyfriend. Your front desk staff members by the name of Rahaman was soooooo helpful and did the perfect surprise for me. I had asked for a bottle of champagne with champagne glasses and ice to be waiting for us when we checked it. He did that AND added a couple extras. A small plant of roses, chocolate and a little note for my boyfriend. It was so sweet and special. We were very appreciative of his efforts to make it a perfect stay! Rahaman went above and beyond for us and his customer service with his friendly smile, made our stay there even more memorable! Thank you Rahaman! It was a pleasure to meet you. Keep up the great work!
